Full Time Opportunities in HF Space.

Hello monkeys, as the title says, I'm looking for FT. I'm from a super non-target with a 3.50-ish GPA, my previous experiences are at a VC followed by a LO and then another HF. Neither of these guys convert to FT. I've had 0 luck with IB recruiting and ironically HF space was somehow a little kinder. I've done it all, cold calls, emails, networked like a dog all to no avail.

I graduate May 25. Is there hope for FT? So far the process has been so discouraging I'm rethinking the last 3 years of my life. Are your firms hiring or do you know any that are? I have robust experience fwiw and I also have HDD annualized returns over the last 2 years (tracked and can share along with my theses). I have about a single Hail Mary left in me.
