Getting hold of past 144a offering circulars... How?

If one wants to do research on a company that only has notes or securities issued under 144a, how do you typically get hold of the offering circular if the offering has already been completed (i.e. offering has already finished and notes are now trading secondarily)? Can you just reach out to the bank that lead the offering and get it? Reach out to other brokers? Potential sellers of the notes?

Any of those can work. Obviously the bank who led it should definitely have it. But I would just ask you sales contact if you are at a hedge fund.

In addition to just asking coverage at a bank that was on the deal, some times the OM will be on the bondholder dataroom.

There have been many great comebacks throughout history. Jesus was dead but then came back as an all-powerful God-Zombie.
