Anyone able to provide any insight?
Seems like street base is 120k for Analyst but how does this progress and what sort all in comp are people seeing?

There was another thread recently on buyside comp in London and it was pretty depressing vs US.
For what is worth, UMM/MF PE pay after 2 years of banking is ~200k-300k all-in ASO1 with 30-50k bumps until ASO3. In GBP. Assume good hedge funds are in-line or slightly above with more volatility.
Doesn’t really go beyond 120k until you make PM.
120 - 480 all in is the range I’ve been in since I started.

Little less than 300% for me, been in my seat for a few years now
PM upside is essentially uncapped, but so is the downside (buck stops with you so if you lose 4-5% of allocated capital at a given point, you’re fired AND blamed)
FI HY: 120k base with up to 3X bonus.
