Hedge Fund Headhunters/Oncycle

Joining a BB/EB next year, and was wondering which headhunters are the best for HFs? I have read here that dynamics and search one are good - is that still the case? How do initial meetings with them work - do they test your technical capabilities, promise you interviews at top funds but never deliver etc?  as well as what are interviews like at the top funds like the Tiger Cubs? are they stock pitches, financial models? Just wondering what the best way to prep was, as have been reading about the PE process for oncycle.
