Hedge Fund Interview Advice?

Been rejected from a few places in the case round and just wanted to see if anyone had advice on how to best prepare for HF interviews? If anyone has any good practices to prepare from / read upon, I would greatly appreciate it. 

Also was wondering if getting rejected from your first few hedgies is a common occurence or am I just dropping the ball?
