Hedge Fund Resume "Buzz Words"

As much as I hate the term buzz words, the headhunter I am currently working with has asked me to include as many of these as possible in my resume for a back office hedge fund role. These may be stupid questions so bear with me

I know what most of these mean except for ...

trade breaks - this is when the market "breaks" out of its normal trading range...so a trade break is when you make a trad on this unexpected movement?

Escalating Issues - is this management jargon?

Transfers - I'm assuming they mean asset transfers i.e. 401k rollover, stock gifts ect. but would this be relevant in the hedge world?

Thanks for your help!

Trade break - a broken trade is usually something in OTC products where there is a disagreement between counter parties on the terms of a trade. There may be other meanings as well.

Escalating issues - this is simply knowing when to alert a supervisor about an issue you are uncertain of how to handle

Transfer - this can mean a few different things depending on the product you are working with
