Hedge Funds running the tightest risk limits

I'm curious about which hedge funds perform the best with tight risk limits - I'm thinking more along the lines of Citadel type funds with very tight drawdown limits and market neutral pods, as opposed to SM funds like Lone Pine or Viking.
