Would it sound bad if I emailed the person who interviewed me last, asking for advice on how to best prepare for the final round?

I don't think it's bad. Is there HR/BD point of contact you can reach out to instead? If they haven't told you what to expect, then I think emailing should be fine. You won't get any specifics though.. they might just generally say expect a mix of technicals/behavorials or expect to present case and meet with snr members and so on.
