HF career prospects as a IB summer intern
I’m new to the forum. I was wondering what someone with experience would provide me as advice. I am a junior from a target who will be interning at a mid BB over this summer. I believe that the lifestyle that HF would provide me would be better than what I may find at any bank, atleast WLB wise. I was wondering if there is any advice you would provide to someone who is in my position who doesn’t want to slave away for 2 years just to go to HF where they truly want to be. Is it possible to recruit for HF straight out of undergrad if I’ve already missed the timeline for junior programs that P72, citadel, etc. have.
