HF Compliance Interviews
I am set to interview with a semi-large fund for a compliance analyst role. I worked in IB for my 2022 summer analyst role but have always wanted to work in HFs and saw this as a great opportunity to get my foot in the door. However, I have no clue what to expect in terms of interviewing. I can't imagine funds expect students and recent grads to have much knowledge regarding compliance. Will the process be largely behavioral and fit-related rather than technical concepts? Any insight is greatly appreciated.
