HF internship phone interview
before you say it, I already used the search function and couldn't find anything really helpful. I have a phone interview for a internship with a HF coming up with the CFO and another exec. I don't really know what the position is though since there was no description when i applied. Was wondering if they would be asking any technicals or mostly behavioral type of stuff since I don't have trading exp. and not a finance major.
What type of hedge fund is it (i.e., what strategies do they run)? How is it that they have a job but no job description? We need a little more info to help ...
I was emailed about it thru my school and the wesbite doesnt even say what type besides private investments and public securities

I have a phone interview with a mid-cap HF and I wanted to know what I should absolutely positively know or study. I'm not looking for anything huge here, just what should I bone up on that would be really embarrassing if I didn't know during the conversation?

It's a macro-firm that wants me to recreate some of the forecasting programs I used at the Federal Reserve.
Just relax, keep calm and do your best-you don't have time to learn anything you don't already know in a meaningful way. Play to what you do know and what your strengths are, and DON'T try to act like you know more than you do/BS.
