Assuming you mean 3 years of public buyside experience post IB / S&T, prob something like:
Median - 250k
70% - 350k
90% - 500k
95% - 750k+
That seems awfully low if you didnt get fired in this year. Most people either did great or blew up.
Fair enough. I was trying to include "all" funds, i.e. not just the funds everyone on this site has heard of, but might have biased those estimates a bit too low.
Go look at Bloomberg YTD results through November. Dozens of funds up 20-50%. This will be some of their best pay days ever.
