HF recruiting after 2+2
Curious how the process works as I imagine it’s quite different than banking -> PE recruiting. If you are at a UMM/MF, when does recruiting kick off? I assume there is no on cycle equivalent and it’s more ad hoc, but curious to hear from those who have gone through it. Specifically interested in SM opportunities as opposed to pod.
