I did not and I can't remember any of my peers that did, although none of us went MBA route where you typically get a signing bonus.
Even the MBA route it seems to only be about 50/50 on getting a signing bonus. With a good base and the potential performance bonus it seems like getting a $30-$50k signing bonus really shouldn't matter that much.
