Try move to corporate finance/transaction services. They are better placed to get to IB and are a common rouyr. Big 4 to PE/HF is close to impossible. You'll have to get to IB first

How does one tend to lateral from B4 -> IB, is it through networking/HH?
Only recently saw Evercore opened up applications for ACA qualified individuals to apply to make the switch into IB, but not aware of any other programmes/methods.
