How do quants change firms while dealing with brand new infra?

Feel like tech/infra is playing a huge part in the success of a quant PM. Since I've built out a lot of the core infra and other devs made great internal tooling, I really don't want to do this over again at a pod, not to mention a lot of shops won't have the tools you took for granted.

For those changing firms (Pm's seat swapping, etc), how do you deal with this sunk cost/momentum?
