How easy is it to move between proprietary trading firms?

Recently, I was offered a graduate job as a quantitative researcher at a small but very successful proprietary trading firm (it has about 100 employees but posted a revenue of 250 million this financial year).

After a few years, how hard would it be to move from a grad job at a smaller prop trader like this to a position at JSC or Citadel?

Thanks!
