How long to stay before leaving?
I recently started at a new firm but there is a clear culture mismatch. Back office has too much control, and it is having very negative effects on my productivity. Just imagine a small firm with a back office staff that seems to have very insecure egos which lead to hyper controlling behavior. It is clear they alresdy do not like me. How long should I stay before leaving, and how do I frame this in interviews?
