Been at the firm for 3 years, leaving for a competitor. Folks at the firm tend to give months of casual notice, or at least let the team know the intent to leave way in advance. Should I do the regular 2 weeks or should I send in notice sooner? Ideally want to keep relationships intact. Anyone has experiences to share?
