How prepared were you for your HF gig?
Especially if you went from undergrad straight to SM HF, did you feel like you were well prepared to succeed on the job? What can I do to get ready for my full time job there? Need to do well since it was a very rare opportunity and if I fail then I'm super fucked since I'll just have one yr of experience from a hedge fund without any banking experience or other exits.
