How soon is to soon to jump ship?

So i have been a SM L/S Equity all my career. First one was small (<$1bil) where i was for 4yrs. Jumped to a big one for <1yr then moved to a mid size one ($2bil) and have been there for 13 months now. Thinking of trying to move to a pod but is it too soon to do that given i basically have 2 jobs in 2 years? How does that look? Thanks

just try to ask about progression of others and actually speak to past employees. If you are just being used for making models (a lot of HFs do that), i think thats a red flag (depends on where you are in your career). try to understand if you pitch to PMs or your job is just to tell numbers to some analyst you'll be working for.

i could be wrong but thats my $0.02
