How to break into a hf

I know a fair amount about breaking into an Investment Bank or a Private Equity firm but is there anything different about breaking into a hedge fund. I'm a third year student at a non target and I am interested in working for a hedge fund later in my career. What are key differences in hedge funds? what is needed to break into a hedge fund? is it easier or harder than investment banking in terms of getting in? ( Keep in mind im not a quant so no funds like citadel or jane street lol)

How are you a third year in college and don’t know how to use Google

Step 1: Google the address of the hedge fund you want to break into.
Step 2: go to the address you just googled.
Step 3: give the doorman a fiddy to let you in. If he says no, give him another fiddy.
Step 4: Repeat step 3 as many times until he lets you in.
Step 5: enter into the hedge fund office and shout out “I have just broken into xyz hedge fund”
Step 6: run away as fast as possible before the Po-Po come and lock your ass up.
