how to break into commodities spec trading in europe

Hi, i’m wondering how can i break into the commodities spec trading role in europe. first thing first, i’m not eu citizen so switzerland is not my concern atm. my previous internships including front office roles in top investment bank and asset manager. but they are not related to commodities. my passion for commodities come from my prop trading on exotic options on crude for 6 years. i know this mkt quite well, i would say even better than most of the first-year junior. question is: what can i do to break into this industry? am i missing some certain qualifications of breaking in, since most of my application for graduate schemes failed? i really wanna be a spec crude trader. i’m graduating this year so i’m actively searching entry-lvl opportunities
