How to cope with the lack of guidance?
Fresh graduate who is currently working at a SM L/S hedge fund (first job out of uni) for a couple of months now. While I can ask my senior analysts and PM's questions every now and then when they're free, there's generally not much guidance or a structured framework to follow for the investment and research process. Am borderline struggling right now especially since I'm assigned a pretty tough sector to cover. Any tips would be greatly appreciated
