How to pivot into HF, L/S

Hi everyone. I attend a target T10 Business School with a 3.75 GPA, worked at a top bulge in AM this past summer, and have an IB internship for 27 at a mid-level EB. 

I recently came to the realization that I want my career to be in L/S or HF investing. I have access to a VIC tier 2 account, strong connections networking/friends in investing roles, and a desire to work term time or re-recruit post 27 for a L/S role. How can I best situate myself now? What can I do? Would love any tips, advice, or a roadmap
