How to start recruiting for HF out of IB?
A2 at a BB currently in arguably the top group. Looking at either A2A move or trying to break into HF. The problem is I have no fucking idea how to start recruiting. I have no natural network where I can casually talk and sound like a moron by asking stupid questions.
Also, I’m realizing more and more that IB work preps you for public markets investing as much as teaching high school world history. Am I fucked? Because I’ve heard IB is a great gateway to HF but I’m just not seeing how.
Any advice would be awesome.
