Hypothetically speaking, if you have a strategy that you personally have been trading for 5+ years earning returns of 50+% every year and your strategy has been back tested ~100 years proving it works, how could you approach your PM asking for a sleeve to trade for the firm? Specifically, this strategy does not have restraints in terms of capital. For example, I could trade the strat at 100k or 50mm if I wanted to. Also, what kind comp should I ask for? 5 points?
