Career Resources
As someone that went on this path, the resume does get you in the door at almost any SM HF opportunity (+ MM HF are calling you up every quarter). I’m not saying it is an easy path given it’s 4-6 years of grinding, but it opens up a lot of opportunities and people give you the benefit of doubt that you’re good. It’s been easy for me to get interviews at the Citadels / Millenniums of the world as well as the top tier tiger cubs if they are hiring.
