I am an AN1 at Barclays within a respected coverage group (tech/industrials/healthcare).
HH's are reaching out about PE but I've been pretty set on public markets since college. Is there even a formal process? I'm a bit nervous that a lot of my buddies will secure good PE jobs while I sit on the side, so any advice would be greatly appreciated.
