Improving as an Analyst / Investor
I've been working on my annual "self-assessment review" this weekend for my current shop.
I've personally been feeling a bit stagnant as an investment analyst as of late and when asked about the "growth" section of my annual review, it got me wondering...
What makes a shop a good place to learn / grow? This is less for the junior analysts but more for those late 20's / early 30's types for color/insight? What helps you take the next step as a great hedgie?
Thanks
