Curious if anybody has information on Maverick (culture, comp, Analyst experience, promotion likelihood, etc.) Seems like one of the top-performing Tiger cubs for sure

I know someone there and he likes it. He didn’t do the Harvard -> Bx -> tiger route and he said they were open to letting him keep his research process
What do you mean by "keep his research process"? Can you be more specific? Thanks!
I won’t dive into specifics but he learned his style at another large fund and was mentored by the PM. Left that fund and Maverick was open to letting him come up with ideas however he sees fit (can leave the office to go to whatever conference he wants, visit stores, etc)
