Insights on Point72 Academy, Ventures, and Hyperscale?

Was curious if anyone had insights on any of the Point72 arms mentioned in the title?

For academy/full time, would like to know any figures surrounding WLB + Comp progression at the junior level (ofc keeping in mind it likely varies). I'd also like to know about exits out of the summer academy and at what point you begin to really get pigeon-holed into MMHF.

For P72 Ventures & Hyperscale, any info on their operations, general reputation, or anything else relevant would be much appreciated.

Last thing - if anyone can speak on internal mobility between any of these groups that would also be great.

Thanks!

What do you mean by progression in the Academy? After you do your 11 months and become an analyst your progression is standard MM hedge fund stuff - you transition from junior analyst to a risk taking one and then hopefully PM one day. There isn’t a timeline for this since the first promotion isn’t an official title change a lot of the time. It’s more an understanding with your PM

That's helpful, thanks - by progression I was more-so referring to how comp scales in junior years because I don't have much of a read on that, so if anyone had ballpark figures there.
