Interview Process Citadel
Hello,
I'm currently interning at a MMHF in a L/S pod and in the process for a FT Associate position at Citadel Global Equities in London.
Do you have an idea of the structure of the recruitment process before receiving a potential offer ?
Secondly, the head of biz dev asked for my CV, but how will she choose which team/sector I will be interviewing for ?

At the Associate level they're just looking to fill needs. You could end up interviewing with multiple teams and get multiple offers if you're lucky.
I'm guessing the recruitment process is similar to US - phone calls, modeling test and/or case study.
Thanks, I just heard back from the BD person. Do you know what can I expect from an intro call with the bizdev?

Which industry if you don’t mind sharing? Would be an interesting datapoint to know which pods are hiring in general
Got dinged after 2 interviews with analyst and PM (it was 10 months ago).
The strange thing is they just came back to me to know if I wanted to recruit again at Citadel.
Do you think I'll have to go through a standard process or will it be accelerated? I'm currently in very late stage at another HF.

You will have the standard process. You likely have a profile that that team dinged but there's likely another new PM or another PM looking to hire someone of your background. Perhaps the BD call will be skipped but you'll have to interview with the investment team again
Got it, thanks. Looks like it will be my last bullet to get into this fund, it adds a little bit to my pressure level.
