Is it normal to be on 2 pitches and 3 live deals all at once?
Just joined my current firm as a lateral hire from a different industry, but never seen the kind of workload I’ve been given lately amongst my peers. A couple interns also told me they have bandwidth but never got asked. Is this the industry standard or am I just getting pushed out quietly? Genuinely not doing too well mentally, appreciate any insight or suggestions.
