Dear Rockstars of WSO, I am looking to get a salary range for a junior level quant job at a larger multistrat Hedge Fund in London. Role requiring 1 year of work experience Is there a difference between a quant in a pod vs not in a pod for comp? Looking for data on base pay, bonus, bonus %, and anything else.
