Very nice people and have heard the founder is great to work for
Great shop but would not consider under the radar.
What is their strategy? It seems like people consider them TMT but when you look at their holdings it doesn’t appear to be too tech heavy.
Similar structure to Viking, cover a broader set of industries than just TMT with sector heads and medium term investment horizons. Very smart, good place to work if you like that strategy

Very fast money though. Super high turnover- prob why they have good returns and sharpe compared to most of their tiger cu peers

Junto is more of a SM than a MM. My understanding is that they have strong data analytics and factor exposure models, but they run closer to 70-75% idiosyncratic where citadel/big 4 targets 95% so PMs /analysts aren’t afraid to take on factor exposure. A good comparison in terms of culture would be Jain Global but structurally it’s similar to Holocene
