Curious, do analysts ever have their contracts checked? My understanding was that it's "take it or leave it".
Analyst level, but yes I assume it usually does not have much room for negotiation
You can try to negotiate some of the high level metrics (e.g., 6-month non-compete instead of 12 months). But I don't think analysts typically hire lawyers for this. I could be wrong!
Personally, I just read everything 3x and ask their lawyers questions until I feel like I understand enough.
