Leave my second job after 1 year?
Throwaway account for reasons.Long story short, I stayed in my first job out of college for 2.5 years, and got a second job, which I am now and have been for 6 months.At this new place, I settled in well and everything but a senior guy who I see as my mentor is leaving, and this is a big hit to the team and my learning opportunity there.Now, before making any moves, I will wait until feb/March to get the bonus etc, and at that point, I'd been working here a year and I might start recruiting. Would the fact that I've been only a year in my second job be a red flag during interviews/CV screening?Thanks

Minor red flag, but you can explain it away if that mentor leaving is the real reason, especially if he or she is an industry giant.
Not a giant, but very well known by everyone in the space we operate in, and going to take on a much bigger role elsewhere.
