Litigation-oriented Funds?
Could anyone share some names of funds that are predominantly formed by people with legal backgrounds and invest in litigation-related matters (lawsuits, M&A litigation, IP/patents, bankruptcies outcomes/distressed debt, etc.).
What's the background of those that work there (I understand that highly legal) and what it takes to get there. How they do in terms of returns, compensation, etc.
Anything else you could share would be appreciated.
