LO after PE
Is it feasible to recruit for name brand LO / large-AM directly after PE? Typically see these folks do an MBA first but wondering what it's like for those who forgo it.

Very, very difficult for top LO. Have never seen it done.
What would be the ideal path then? Would it have to be mba or previous experience from another LO?
