Assuming it is an RA position, would take it over IB. RAs from these programs routinely get offers from top MMs and have to be convinced to take those :)

 

RA and don't look back. If at any point in the next few years other stuff in life starts mattering to you (going out, girlfriend/dating etc) then the LO seat will look even more attractive. If not, and you can make 2/3 year stacks your life, the MMs will be hiring.

 

Doesn't make sense to slave for 2 years in IB only to join a pod as a junior. RA will be a great environment to build your foundational knowledge of companies, just make sure to carve out a well-defined coverage for yourself, don't become a beta index-hugger, finish the 3/5Y programme and you should be able to get a sleeve at a pod for the real $$. Only undergrad MM HF seat I'd consider in your position is P72 Academy since you get a similar 3Y runway as an analyst there + more junior pay. But make sure it's really D&C/Cap Group tier because I don't think MMs would really look at folks from second-tier LOs.
