Longest Tenure at a MM L/S?
Title says it all. What is the longest that you have seen a person stayed at a MM L/S? What is the person's seniority (PM, analyst, etc) and historical performance (total killer, avg. of the pack, etc)?
think the longest tenure pod/pm at citadel is around 15 years or so? curious what that stat is for other MMs
15-20 years
I've seen 13 years at Citadel. Lasting 6+ years at MLP would be incredible, only top-tier investors
Is it safe to say if you can survive for 10y at C you are rich?

A few FICC senior PMs at MLP have been around for 10+ years
PM at Point72 been there for 15-20 years
