Macro HF vs Commodity Trading
Curious what would the pros and cons be to starting career at a Macro HF (Brevan, Rokos, Bridgewater) vs graduate scheme at a commodity shop like (Trafigura, Shell, bp).
I heard some commodity shops have a graduate program that lays a strong foundation in the commodity trading industry but it takes time to be at a risk taking role, but wonder how would people weigh the two considering long-term career trajectory.
