Marshall Wace L/S - London - 2 Year Programme
Hello All!
As per above, do you guys have any insights on the culture, type of style (is it market neutral), and how the program works for MW?
Seems to be a 2-year programme, with the possibility of being hired as a FT analyst afterwards, but requires prior working experience in finance also to join that program.
Any insights, people working there, how is the program structured, and the compensation?

1) 1 Hour Call HR
2) Accounting, Fit and Modeling Tests
3) Stock Pitch
4) analyst interviews
5) PMs interviews
Anyone can give more background?
