Marshall Wace vs P72?
Received offers from Marshall Wace investment analyst and P72 academy.
Thoughts on how to decide?
I am leaning towards P72 for the training/name, but I am worried about the MM short term style and career vol? Can't find anything about Marshall Wace.
If you’re in London, take Marshall Wace. HQ is there, way more stable. Think returns are OK.
Marshall Wace overall I think you’ll have a better experience. P72 much better recognized in the US but everyone in L/S Equity also knows Marshall Wace. They also have wider risk limits and so you can do more vol/beta in your investing
would do p72 the program is much more developed given its been running for a few years you'll learn more
I'm going to say something crazy, but how about you consider the people you met at each firm during interviews and how you'd feel about working with them?
When it comes to investment jobs, this is the most important factor as opposed to firm reputation.
I'm curious OP. Would you mind providing more info on your background?
