Yes this is a pretty obvious. Do a basic LinkedIn search before asking. MMHF’s are all about meritocracy. P72’s motto is “championing meritocracy”

Yes, but won't be as easy. Hiring is up to the team, and increasingly standards are being raised.
Standards are being raised does not imply a high quality candidate cannot come from MM. Many many high quality people in the industry came from less “prestigious” backgrounds. You can literally exit almost anywhere if you know how to network and can provide value.

The top pods (Candlesticks/Holocene) that spun do just as much prestige whoring as the tiger cubs. Would imagine the Big swinging dicks could just go to BD and say I only want a certain profile.
