MMHF After Grad Timeline

Hi everyone,

I accepted a IB BB SA 2025 internship in February. Ultimately had to stop interviewing with P72/CAP as a result, got pretty far with both. I wanted to purse a career in MMHF after graduation. Was just wondering what the full-time recruitment looks like for these two firms and other MMHF.

Did some research and it seems like apps open in June, is this correct? I wanted to apply ASAP to make my app more competitive. How long does the process take/how many rounds? What do the rounds and interviews look like? How do you step away from the desk as a SA to interview? I'm mostly concerned about this and the logistics of actually interviewing given the long hours

I really appreciate any help or clarification you guys have to offer.

You kinda fucked up by not continuing the processes.

I basically did the same thing, BB SA and MMHF FT apps and managed to get an offer. Citadel/Millennium/P72 Academy do full time.

P72 consists of a full model/pitch case study and can involve 5+ rounds of interviews. Generally not a lot of spots since most get academy from the summer. Opens around May I think.

Imagine CAP is similar, intake is smaller than Academy and have a summer internship

MLP is around 6 rounds and opens May - Jul depending on geography.
