Moving to SM L/S from Non-MF
I’m a banking analyst in a top group who placed into a large-cap / UMM associate program instead of a MF program. Will this materially hurt my odds of placement into a SM L/S fund? It sounds a bit absurd but when I look at the bios at top SM everyone is coming from a MF and I’m worried I missed my shot
