Two Sigma is a quant fund. If you don't have a Mathematics/CS background, then you need to look towards fundamental funds.
Quant funds like Two Sigma hire people from Science background (with a Masters/PhD in the same)
They have groups that do PE, VC, and other illiquid investments on a fundamental basis, and don't require a math/comp sci background. Postings for those positions can be found on the Two Sigma careers page.
