North Rock (London)
Aside from the usual 'depends on your PM' which I know is key, does anyone have any insight into the culture/interview process at North Rock?

Bump - any info?
What sector?
TMT & Financials.
I cover Industrials on the SS out of the US so don’t have that much overlap with those guys, but talk to one of the UK industrials teams semi frequently and have had a couple one offs with a financials guy. Vs the US pods UK guys seem more thesis driven / less focused on quarterly set up, have way better bedside manner / are generally pleasant, and don’t seem stressed out.
Northrock/lighthouse platform is probably on the larger end, especially outside of C/M/P/B in LDN
Ignore analyst in M&A, i was in ss er and now in a sm hf.
I used to interact with one of the TMT teams and a business services analyst, they were all sharp and seemed like chill guys to work with.
But yeah annoying answer it all depends on pm so hard to give more colour. Obvs you shouldn't tell people which pm it is publicly online here, but you can reach out to people who previously worked there and ask them
Any updates? bump
